A 3 years and 10 months old girl was admitted to the Dept. of Pediatrics for establishment of diagnosis of Dwarfism.
We made the diagnosis of Achondroplasia on the basis of characteristic clinical features and roent￢genographic finding and made the review of literatures briefly.
